4. Is there a deposit required to reserve the event room?
RM200 refundable deposit is required to obtain a booking for KL training room.

5. What is the cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable. You are allowed to reschedule your room bookings subject to availability. A notice of at least 14 days or more is required if you decide to change the date of your bookings.

6. Can we rent on weekend and holiday?
Yes, KL training room rental are available on weekday, weekend and public holiday between 9am and 11pm. Training room rental rates are subject to change without prior notice.

7. What are the facilities and amenities included?
We are providing projector screen, projector, laser pointer, marker pens, whiteboard, complimentary WiFi and portable PA system and microphone.

8. What are the training room layout available?
We can customize room layout for you including classroom arrangement, theater style, u-shaped style, group discussion arrangement, etc.
